A family run preserve business based in Enniskillen Co.Fermanagh, Erne Larder was founded by local chef Declan O’Donoghue in October 2016. 


Ingredients: Water, tomato puree, spirit vinegar, sugar, dry-cured Irish bacon (4%)(pork, salt, sugar, preservatives (sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate, saltpetre), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), natural beech and oak smoke), spices, salt, natural flavouring, thickeners (starch, xanthan gum).
