Return Policy

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a product you purchased on our website, you may return it for an exchange or refund within seven days of delivery.

To return an item for a refund or exchange:

Items must be unused or damaged and in 100% resalable condition when we receive them.

Items must be in their original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels, manuals, documentation and registration delivered with the product.

Refunds are not accepted for promotional items, food items, and holiday custom items.

Our customer service team will process your case and respond to your email within 7 days.

Any refunds due to change of mind do not include shipping costs. If you received free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from your refund amount.

Faults

If you discover that an item you purchased on our website is defective, please contact us by email at iipp@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. We will return the item for a refund or exchange if the item is materially defective.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the item is damaged due to misuse or abnormal usage.

Refunds for all purchases on our site will be made via your original method of payment.
